Island Vir
The island of VIR with an area of 22 km² is located on the Croatian shores of the Adriatic Sea. It is connected to the mainland by a bridge, so access to your apartment is possible comfortably by car. The island is 25 km from ZADAR, where there is an international airport. Zadar, as one of the most beautiful cities on the Adriatic, became the best European tourist destination of 2016. The island of VIR offers large pebble and sandy beaches, cliffs, but also picturesque bays with clear clear water and is an ideal destination for your dream vacation. The local landscape is very diverse, as there are forests, vineyards, orchards, but also limestone rocks in the center of the island. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, free WiFi and terrace furniture.
Description
Villa Katy is located in the village Lucica near (450m) pebble beach. The journey by car takes about 10 hours and by plane 1: 20. The house is an ideal place for a family vacation. There are 2 apartments with balcony and terrace. Restaurants, bars, cafes are located near the beach. Free WiFi is available in the apartments. Near the house are shops, supermarket, restaurant, pharmacy, ambulance

Apartment 1st floor - 4 bedrooms for up to 6 people, about 78 m2, living room with sofa, 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 sofa bed), children's corner with toys and books, children's furniture, kitchenette (fridge, induction hob, oven , microwave oven, reverse osmosis filter, electric kettle, coffee maker, children's dishes), dining area, bathroom, / WC, balcony with furniture.
The water on the island is not (yet) drinkable. We recommend buying bottled water. It is possible to use filter water (narrow tap) for cooking, tap water normally for washing. Please also save with water.

Beaches
Beaches
The island has 28 sandy and pebble beaches with crystal clear water. On the south side of the island you will find Jadro Beach. It is one of the larger, pebble, and offers many entertainment programs.
A similar beach with a small port is in the north of the island and is called Biskupljača Beach. There is mud on Sapavac Beach, which lies near the Venetian fortress of Kaštelina, which has been proven to treat rheumatism. Near the bridge you will find a wooded island with sandy beaches. There are a large number of bays and nooks on the island, which are almost untouched, so everyone can find a place just for themselves.
There is a possibility of pleasant swimming on the northern and southern beaches.
At the rocky coast in the northwestern part of the island, there is a rich fauna and flora which is attractive for fans of deep diving.
Beach Jadro
Beach Jadro is one of the most popular beaches on the island of Vir, the beach is pebble on the coast and after a few meters there is a sandy sea. The beach is known for its gentle entry into the sea, so it is suitable for children. Facilities at Jadro Beach include parasol and sun lounger rentals, beach bars, cafés and restaurants. Beach Sapavac
Sapavac beach is exceptional for sandy terrain with a distinctive red color. The beach is covered with pine forests. For those looking for walks and sightseeing, it is important to note the nearby Kaštelina beach, so you can go sightseeing. Near the beach is Radovanjica beach. Swimming in this part of the sea is mainly due to the turbid water and the mud on the affected parts of the beach and the sea is especially interesting for children. The beach is suitable for families, older and younger.
Pedinka beach
Pedinka beach is located in the bay of the same name, on the southwest coast of the island of Vira. The bay boasts a gravel beach, clear sea and sandy underwater soil. This beach is visited by guests of all resorts on the island and often by owners of sailboats and yachts that can be easily moored. The beach has a natural shade of pine forest. If you visit the bay and sunbathe on Pedinka beach, you will smell the true scents of the Adriatic Sea, complemented by the scent of pine trees.
Gornja Prezida beach
Gornja Prezida is a well-maintained beach in many resorts in the southeastern part of the island of Vira, near Donje Prezida. The beach boasts a sandy seabed while there are large pebbles. The sea is clean, suitable for all ages. There is a children's playground next to the beach, while in the background are tourist accommodation. Gornja Prezida is an accessible beach, most frequently visited by tourists from local guesthouses.
Lučica beach
The beach is decorated with an old port for boats and smaller boats. Lučica is a pebble beach without natural shade. Not far from this beach lies Rye Bay. The seabed is rocky with some sandy parts. Next to the beach there is a large number of dining facilities, so for guests who want to freshen up. In addition to a drink, you can enjoy fish specialties or pastries on the beach. The beach is ideal for all day sun.
