Payment Terms 

50% of the total price immediately after booking, the rest of the price 30 days before arrival at the landlord's account. By paying the deposit, you agree to the cancellation policy. 

Refundable deposit of 200 € is paid by the arrival. If everything is fine on departure, the full amount will be refunded

Cancellation Policy :

In case of cancellation at any time after making the reservation, the guest will pay 50% of the total price of the stay.

30 days or less from the expected arrival, the guest will pay 100% of the total price of the stay / the total price for the stay will be forfeited to the landlord
